Facebook Marketplace Bot Usage Guide
Follow this flow for clean operations: select account, run only needed module, and verify final result in Activity Log.
Accounts
Add Facebook accounts in Accounts.This module stores your facebook login session in memory. So it is necassary to add at least one account. Make sure to double check your email and password before logging in . Always confirm the correct account is selected from the header before running any action.
Auto Listing Generator
Choose Excel for batch posting.Your Excel sheet must contain Vehicle type , year , make , model , mileage , atleast one Image url , Description , body stle , exterior color ,interior color etc. Make sure to add at least a 5 minute delay.
Auto Reply
Set reply message and PIN(The pin used to restore the chat history). Start Auto Reply to handle incoming Marketplace chat threads automatically using the active account session.Email will be sent to you when a customer sends his contact number.
Auto Reply Status
Use this page to monitor running state, check replied items, and confirm the bot is operating on the account currently selected in header.
Scheduled Posts
Schedule listings for future publish times. Review pending jobs and keep account session valid so jobs can post on schedule.
Activity Log
Treat Activity Log as your final audit trail. Check timestamp, status, account, and reference to confirm exact outcome of each action.
